It is with heavy hearts that we report the home-going of our dear Doris Fellows on Monday, September 6 at 2:45 p.m. Her legacy will live on. She was such a servant and pioneer in Alaska. She came to Alaska in August, 1966 to minister in Point Hope. She also ministered in Emmonak, Nuiqsut, Wainright, Teen Challenge, Far North Bible College, Camp AN, Crossroads Assembly of God as well as many other places in Alaska. She was a pastor, pilot, cook, teacher, and builder relying on the strength of the Lord to get the job done. “Can’t” was not part of her vocabulary! She will be sorely missed not only for all she did, but for her ready smile and joyful spirit. Please be in prayer for her family at this time.
